Guay, P.C, we do not become your attorney. With your permission, we may use your information to investigate whether we wish to represent you. But until we both sign a written agreement, we do not represent you and have not agreed to do so.

My firm currently represent more than 60 corporations both national and international, profit and non-profit. We emphasize that business is a team sport. It is critical that you create a team of people to advise you on how to protect your hard earned dollars. For background information on my firm, I have been practicing law in Newburyport since 1985. We represent businesses in the full range of legal matters a company may encounter as it grows. This work includes filing the appropriate documents with the Massachusetts Secretary of State's Office for start ups, protecting and licensing of their product or service, protecting their federal trademarks (if any) and working with them as a TEAM in commercial contract transactions. I emphasize that business is a team sport. In furtherance of this theme, the three legs to a successful risk management program for small businesses are as follows: Asset Protection, Retirement Planning and Estate Planning. Each element is equally important and overlapping. These elements are sub-plans for your overall risk management plan.
